Our goal is to provide exceptional service to our customers through expert management of procedures and logistics. Where does our shrimp come from?

Ecuadorian shrimp are known for their flavor, texture, and natural resistance to disease. Ecuador's shrimp industry has grown steadily in recent years, and the country is now the main producer of farmed shrimp in the Americas, accounting for over 50% of the region's production. Ecuadorian shrimp are raised in less-intensive aquatic environments, and selective breeding has created shrimp that are more robust and resistant to disease. This means that Ecuadorian shrimp are exposed to diseases that help build their immunity, making them more resilient than other shrimp, such as Asian vannamei, which are not exposed to pathogens in the same way. Ecuadorian shrimp are also raised without the use of heavy antibiotics or genetic engineering, and the country's insistence on lower stocking densities helps to ensure healthy shrimp development.

Shrimp Ceviche Recipe

Ingredients
1lbs of shrimp 1 cucumber 1 large tomato 1 large red onion 1 bunch of cilantro 10-12 limes 1/2 tbs of salt 1/4 cup of tomato juice
Instructions
Chop shrimp into pieces or leave whole, in a large bowl add chopped up red onion, cilantro, cucumber, and the tomato juice and th juice of 10-12 limes and salt. Let sit in the fridge over night for best results
